Kuaishou Anniversary Gift design

The anniversary of joining the company is each colleague's "birthday" at the company, and also a crucial experience of the company's corporate culture and employee care. Xiao Kuai and Xiao Liu, who keep growing on the way forward, symbolize the mature transformation of employees who have gone through ups and downs together with the company. These figurines deeply connect employees' personal growth with the company's development. They are not only a tribute to employees for their companionship, but also turn each souvenir into a warm symbol carrying shared memories.
入职周年纪念日，是每个同学在公司的“生日”，也是公司企业文化和员工关怀的重要体验。在前进道路上不断成长的小块、小六象征员工与公司共历风雨的成熟蜕变。手办将员工个人成长与企业发展深度绑定，既是对员工陪伴的致敬，也让每一份纪念都成为承载共同记忆的温暖符号。
I organized multiple rounds of brainstorming sessions involving the design team, HR colleagues, and marketing & procurement colleagues. Eventually, we decided on the theme "Kuaishou's Journey". A single path connects all anniversary figurines, and the character "Xiao Kuai & Xiao Liu" grows continuously as they move forward on this journey, while the seeds of their ideals gradually bloom and bear fruit.
我组织了团队设计同学与HR、市场采购同学的多轮脑暴会议，最终确定了快手之路的主题。用一条道路串联起来所有的周年手办，小块小六在前进的道路中不断成长，理想的种子也慢慢开花、结果。
The 3rd and 5th work anniversaries are significant turning points for employees, and also the years that the company's HR department attaches the greatest importance to. Therefore, more luxurious gift box sets have been created for these two milestones. Silver-plated and gold-plated materials are used, and customized badges inspired by the sun and the moon—engraved with employees' names—have been crafted.
三周年和五周年对员工来说是非常重要的转折，同时也是公司HR最重视的年份。因此在这2个节点，打造了更加豪华的礼盒套装。选用了镀银和镀金材质，并打造了以日月为灵感，刻有员工姓名的定制勋章。
